Manos de Amor is a non-profit organization formed on April 13, 2004, by a group of citizens of Bucerias, Riviera Nayarit, to help the less fortunate, especially the children of Bahia de Banderas.
The mission of Manos de Amor is to provide unconditional love and compassion and encourage each child to achieve their full potential while understanding that there is nothing more empowering than the feeling of having a purpose in life.
The association believes each child can heal, develop self-esteem and understand the true values of life and society if given the proper education and support.
Manos de Amor began with only three to eight children in the first couple of years and now houses up to 32 children.
