Casa Las Palmas is a private, secure vacation rental, conveniently located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood of Barra de Navidad, a tranquil, quaint fishing village that is home to locals and Canadian and American ex-pats.

The clean, well-maintained home, owned by the same family for the past 25 years, is a 10-minute walk or short bike ride from downtown Barra and 2 blocks from a tranquil lagoon and a ‘never ending’ stretch of sandy beach.

The down-to-earth, newly-renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home features a comfortable living room, complete with an entertainment area and a futon that makes up into an extra guest bed.

The spacious master bedroom (king sized bed), accessible from the outdoor patio area, has ample closet space, an extra storage area and a large, full bathroom accessible from inside the master bedroom. The master bathroom is also accessible from the outside patio, allowing guests direct access to the bathroom after a day at the beach.

The second bedroom (queen sized bed), set off the living room, has an adjoining bathroom, large closet and television. The windows of the second bedroom, and adjoining bathroom, open to the outdoor patio.

The sunny kitchen has a large tiled counter and is fully-equipped with dinnerware and appliances to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for a family of four. Meals can be enjoyed indoors on the traditional leather ‘equipale’ table setting with a garden view, or on the outdoor patio.

The outdoor patio has a private area for the master bedroom, and doubles as a relaxing place to read, tan, dine or do absolutely nothing! The patio has lounge chairs for sun lovers and sun umbrellas for individuals that prefer shade.

Amenities include, but are not limited to: air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD & CD players, gas and charcoal barbecues, house bicycles, security box for valuables, bottled water delivery, recycling, linens, weekly laundry and cleaning, street parking (in front of the home) or secure parking (at an extra charge).
