The enchanting hacienda has been lovingly restored by Denis Larsen, owner and on-site manager. Denis is available to share his understanding of his Mayan neighbor’s culture, food, heritage and language and more than happy to recommend unique activities and excursions.
Eight clean, spacious, comfortable guest rooms are decorated with hand-crafted, Mexican-style furnishings, and accented with fascinating Mayan-themed artifacts, murals, intricate woven fabrics, wall hangings, stonework and ceramics. Tun Nich Na (the Stone Suite) is wheelchair accessible.
Daily breakfast (included) includes a variety fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, fresh Mexican sweet breads, fresh squeezed juice, coffee, teas and a daily egg dish – huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, huevos divorciados (divorced eggs).
