Casa de los Pelicanos is located in Rincon de Guayabitos, a laid-back Mexican community one hour north of Puerto Vallarta. Guayabitos is set on a picturesque stretch of beaches graced with a gentle tide and stately palm trees. The Casa has beautiful views of the beach, the island, the Ecological Park, and the lush Sierra Madre Mountains. The courtyard and private terraces offer private areas to enjoy your morning coffee, or evening cocktail while watching the colorful beach sunsets.

During the day, you can relax by the pool, or walk 75 steps from our front gate to the beach. Breakfast is served every morning by the pool and includes fresh fruits and juices, freshly baked local pastries, yogurt, cereal and locally grown coffee. For your lunch or dinner, you can take a short walk down the beach to one of the many fine restaurants in Guayabitos or enquire about an onsite catered meal.

The Alberca, Jungle or Hibiscus suites and rooms are decorated with locally crafted furnishings and artwork, and comfortably cooled by ceiling fans and the soft evening ocean breeze. Casa de los Pelicanos is a non-smoking bed & breakfast.

Activities include swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, sport fishing, jet skiing, turtle and whale watching, birding, yoga, tennis, golf, massage in an ocean view palapa, horseback riding on a sunset beach. Vallarta is easily accessible if you want to do some exploring and shopping and La Penita’s Thursday market is just a 10 minute drive away.
